Tanya Hines is the founder, CEO, and Principal of Hines + Associates. In her 30 years of experience, she has worked with Fortune 500 and privately held companies within the consumer durables, media, non-profit, and CPG sectors. She is a transformative leader who excels in shifting organizational capability, therefore accelerating sales and profitability.
Most recently, Hines served as the VP of Global Commercial Excellence at Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls Power Solutions). She led the organization, responsible for creating and executing strategies that raised commercial capability. Before this, Hines developed strategies, structures, capabilities, and teams that consistently delivered best-in-class results at Johnson Publishing Company and Procter & Gamble.
Beyond her corporate experience, Hines is known for her ability to solve complex problems by bringing people together across boundaries to achieve impact. She currently serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, City Forward Collective, and the Zoological Society of Milwaukee.
